Signed in and still cant download issues. Ive created new passwords, followed all the " suggested" fixes and still no luck. Even deleted the app and tried again. I gave this app several months before I tried again and NONE of the issues have been resolved. I know this app is free with subscription, but why even offer this if it is never going to work?

I am a print subscriber, when I go to view the digital edition on the iPad it tells me to sign in when I do that it says it recognizes i’m a print subscriber. I go to view the digital version of the paper mag I have and it says free sample. i am signed in, it knows i’m a digital subscriber! but still just a sample issue. FRUSTRATING beyond belief!

I love my Southern Living app. I look forward each month to receiving the notice that a new mag is available!

I have enjoyd Southern Living for over 4 years on my iPad. This month, it does not work, they tell me I have a valid subscription but are no help in fixing it. I am done with them and the magazine.

Great product, easy to take along, however, my password is declined a lot.

Im signed in with a paid subscription, but the issues do not show up in my library to download. App wants me to pay to download. Following the suggestions have not resolved the issue.

This app used to work perfectly. Now playing cannot get it to acknowledge that I am a subscriber and it ask me to purchase the magazines even tho I am signed in as having a digital subscription. I have been trying for months. :-(. I keep hoping they will update the app and fix it. Awful as it is now.

Its easy to get to a new page. But, when you want to focus on something and you make the page bigger, it comes and goes. Makes it very hard to read.

I have a subscription, have signed in, but any magazine that Ive gotten, says buy instead of download. Please fix!

This is the worst app ever. Cannot download magazine even though I have a print subscription. Log out and back in still nothing. This app has never had a good rating and Southern Living continues to ignore!

I have a three year subscription and have tried and tried to access the digital edition. I have written customer service twice. No reply, other than "customer service will reply." I have followed, to the letter, all the written "Helpful Facts". No joy. Just save yourself aggravation and forget this sorry app. I rarely, if ever, write a negative review. For this app, I make an a exception.

Love the print magazine. Used to be able to read it on my phone. Subscription expired and a few months later I renewed. Now cant read issues on the phone. Wants to charge me for what Ive already paid for. Umm no.

Ive had the app on my iPad for several years now with no problem. Starting with the December issue, the app is asking me to purchase even though I have a paid subscription.

App is unreliable. It keeps forgetting I have a subscription.

I cant rate this any higher than 1 star since the app hasnt worked for several issues. It used to work and I wish they would fix it.

The title says it all. App freezes, buttons dont function, and you can only download one issue at a time when reloading old issues. If you try to download a second one the first one pauses.

I agree with others. New issues will not download. Dont waste your time. It sits at restore purchases for ever. Close app, reinstall - everything and it still does not work. It used to and was nice- not anymore. Please fix!

Much like the other complaints. I too have a three year subscriptions and I have tried repeatedly to view the digital versions of the magazines. I can view NOTHING! It tells me to purchase each month @ $4.99 its ridiculous!!! I have written a email to customer service with no answer. This app used to work just fine... Now not so much!! Fix this please!

SL not responsive to digital customers.

1) old issues indicate I need to "purchase", even though I already have a subscription in effect at that time, and now. (And the mag issues have already been downloaded before) 2) would love to be able to "bookmark" my favorite recipes and articles, so I can easily retrieve them later. (In paper copy I turn down page or mark with a pen) 3) like all other reviewers, the app seems to forget that I have a subscription, and the app is not correctly synchronized to SL database
